Barron crafts the firm’s strategic focus and manages our investment activity. He has significant experience with complex real estate transactions in multiple geographic regions involving a range of property-types across economic cycles. His leadership influences the cross-functional approach we take to invest in a manner that balancing economic viability, sound design principles and acute sensitivity to community impact.
Barron obtained an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BSc. in Computer Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
Actively involved in the community, Barron is a board member for various organizations involved in the arts, community development and healthcare. He has received numerous honors for his business and community pursuits. His personal passions include equitable economic development for marginalized communities and widespread exposure to emerging technologies for youth.
